PROGRAM DETAILS
The one-on-one Life Coaching program includes weekly sessions via Zoom. Alternative methods can be considered if necessary. If you are late for a scheduled session, you will be entitled to the remaining time of your session. You will also have access to me through the Voxer app, Monday through Friday for any immediate needs or questions between sessions. Voxer is how we will communicate on a regular basis.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All information about the Coach/client relationship will remain strictly confidential except where decreed by law; ie. where the Court might issue a subpoena for the file. Exceptions to confidentiality relate to circumstances such as intent to seriously harm someone, child abuse, threats of suicide etc. Otherwise, all remaining information is kept confidential. If you wish for your Coach to speak to someone outside your interactions, you need to provide written permission (via written letter or email) to do so.

MATERIALS
Various written material and worksheets may be provided over the course of the program. These are not to be used for any interest outside of the coaching program. Any external use of the material, worksheets, booklets, or any other material provided by your coach requires written permission.

CLIENT REPONSIBILITY
Client understands that the sessions are results-driven and will include independent work to be completed between sessions in order to get the fastest results. Results are all based on what you put into this coaching program. Because of the nature of the program, the results experienced by each client may vary. Client accepts and agrees that they are responsible for their progress and results while in the program. Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is a comprehensive process that may explore different areas of her life, including work, finances, health and relationships, but it is ultimately the Client’s decision how she incorporates coaching into each aspect of life.

SCHEDULING
Coaching sessions are scheduled on the same day and time each week. However, in case of needed absence by client, at least a 24-hour notice is required.  I will try to reschedule you to another day/time, or add that session to the back end of the program. If a 24-hour notice is not given, you will forfeit that session. In case of Holidays, we will discuss the best course of action ahead of time that serves both client and coach.

NO-REFUND POLICY
The program you are purchasing requires an ALL-IN commitment. Which means you are committing to five months of doing the work, showing up, getting coaching, and some disruption and discomfort. Your brain is likely to resist this discomfort and try to convince you to stop the program early.  Because we know the brain will try to keep you in status quo rather than have you move forward in your life, we have a strict no-refund policy. This is for your protection and success. This means once you are in, we work together through everything so that the only outcome for you is success and growth. If extenuating circumstances leave no option, then a refund will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and if approved may involve fees to process.
